How to get there

By subway: From Busan Station, you can walk to Busan Station (subway station) and ride line 1 for 6 stops, which takes about 10 mins. Get off at Seomyeon Station and transfer to line 2. Ride for another 10 stops, which takes about 18 mins, and get off at Gwangan Station. From exit 3 it will take you about 13 mins to walk to the beach.

By bus: There are few different buses that run between the station and the beach, but the quickest and easiest route is if you take the 41 bus and ride it for 20 stops, which takes about 30 mins, and get off at Gwangalli Beach bus stop. From there you will walk for about 5 minutes to the beach.

The beach

I've only visited Gwangalli Beach twice and for some reason it's always at night. But, I do believe that this beach is one of the most beautiful beaches to visit at night, thanks to glow of the multi-coloured lights that shine from the bridge as well as the surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants.
